Orders and shipping

These conditions apply to all of our contracts relating to supplies and other services.

1. Goods can, preferably by email, be ordered by writing to us. We do not use shop software where goods can be ordered by clicking.
   Orders are normally placed after previous correspondence, where the customer in the first instance expresses his needs and expectations towards us. This is usually followed by our advice which ends in a bilateral agreement.


2. All contracts and/or agreements with our customers must be in writing, preferably by email.


3. We always reserve the right to accept any contract.


4. We will confirm your order in writing, preferably by email.


5. This confirmation is not a binding acceptance of the order.


6. Supplements and/or amendments are only binding if they are confirmed by us in writing, preferably by email.

1. We charge a delivery fee of 6 € for all deliveries within Germany.


2. For orders with a total value of 200 € or more the shipping is free of charge.


3. For shipments to other countries the freight rates of DHL or FedEx apply, but are confirmed by us in writing.


4. All postal deliveries will be at our risk.


5. The contract is considered fulfilled with the acceptance of the goods by the customer or his representative.


6. Fixed delivery dates are only considered if they are expressly confirmed by us. Should there by force majeure or other unforeseen events or delays, we will notify the customer immediately. In this case, after a reasonable time, the customer as well as electricwheels.de have the right to withdraw from the contract.


7. Delivery time is about 2-5 days. Different delivery times are indicated on the product pages and by correspondence.
